Deleting your Arevo account
Arevo is published by Prime Software Studio. This page explains how to delete your account and everything in it, what is removed, and what is kept.
How to delete your account
You can do it yourself, inside the app. It takes about a minute and needs no email to us.
- Open Arevo and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed. If you want a copy of your data first, tap Export my data on that screen — once the account is gone we cannot recover it.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.
The deletion happens immediately. You are signed out, and the account cannot be restored.
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account here does not stop billing. Subscriptions are held by Google Play, not by us. Cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions before or after deleting.
No longer able to open the app?
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@arevo-app.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
All of the following is removed permanently, with no recovery period:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Every meal, workout, run, weight, water and sleep entry you have logged
- Your goals, streaks, achievements and progress history
- Your profile, photos and saved route maps
- Any coaching relationship and the check-ins in it
- Family or group membership, and any child profile you manage
- Your notification settings and device push tokens
What is kept, and for how long
- Billing records — anonymised, with your name and email removed, and kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Your subscription — held by Google Play, not by us. It continues until you cancel it in the Play Store.
- Data another person owns — if you were coached by a trainer, records that belong to their practice remain theirs. Your personal logs are still deleted.
Deleting some data without closing your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information. Individual meals, workouts, runs, weights and sleep entries can be deleted in the app at any time, from the day they appear on. Your profile details and goals can be edited or cleared in Settings.
